Shipping Policy

Order Pickup:
All orders placed on our website are not delivered directly. Orders must be picked up in person at our warehouse:

Address: Vojkova cesta 58, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia
Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Delivery Option:
If you require delivery, please contact us via email at topmaterial.eu@gmail.com. We will calculate the shipping cost based on the rates of Pošta Slovenije and provide you with the price before processing the order.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is ready for pickup or shipment, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs:
Pickup from our warehouse is free of charge. Delivery costs depend on the weight and size of the order and will be communicated individually upon request.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Liability:
TIM OPARA d.o.o. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information and pickup details.
